Add in another from the Great Lake State. Ask which state has the most registered boats, and it will be Michigan also. We Rock!

i read in the sports illustrated superbowl eddition that we only have 1,000,300-some boats registered...and were second!!!

Yes, but Cali has ALOT more coast. But Indeed, Michigan has the largest amount of registered boats in one mile of coast. The Nautical mile in St. Clair Shores MI (9 mile to 10 mile road).

Sorry for my outdated info on the boating #'s. I remember a few years back MI was first and FLA was second. California people must have been shopping heavy the last couple of years. Thanks for the new numbers.
