^ that sucks you couldnt go this past ride. i was all ready to pick you guys up and everything
as for where to ride...im content with riding in the northern lower. seems that is the area where most riders would be willing to travel to.
indian river, gaylord, waters, graying...all nice places to ride...
but if i had to throw out a suggestion...it would be munising...thats where id like to see us meet up.

Anywhere that the cost of fuel has not exceeded $5.00 a gallon, will be fine.

that would be nice...we'd just have to plan for when they've got a good amount of snow. they usually get one or two good dumpings.
from guys i know, they say its hard to get in and out of cadillac when the snow is mediocre (sp). they suggest staying in cabins motels outside cadillac, rather than in the city. however the surrounding hornets nest of trails are good.
we could always have the sf.com radar runs on lake mitchell or lake cadillac plenty of room to run out there
besides where we ride, id like to see a bigger turn out. seems every year we get some more riders. but id like to ride, and pull up 15 deep at the gas station!!! hopefully more people can commit to the ride and show up next year.

Let's keep one thing in mind. Some of us have places to stay and can accomadated some others as well. Saves money in the long run. Just a thought.

We will let you rent a cabin in the Cadillac area and let us stay free if that will make you feel better.

if we ride up there enough, dave can show us all the back trails. where we actually know where we're going. haha..seems more fun than trail riding, imo.

I suggest taking 2-3 around the Gaylord-Mackinaw even though it can be a rough ride some of the times, theres always snow. But i also like to head up to Munsing! and Grand Maris area that's always a fun ride. But gaylord accomidations- no problem man head up this way and tune on into my fathers radiostation eagle 101.5 and we give alot of deals out to hotels , same for newberry once you get to trout lake tune to 96.7, not to suggest or advertise the radiostation at all
