What a blast!! Tons of snow!!The trails were just awsome.
And they got better each day we were there as it kept snowing on and off. Must have ran into the groomers 10 times while we were out.Trail 9 was great!! 45 to the falls also.Accept for that 6 mile
stretch right before the falls was a little choppy.The rest going to Paradise on trail 8 to Grand Marai were also good. For our first trip to the UP ,we had a great expierience.We cant say enough for the hospitality of all the people that we talked to there.The locals were a great help with some legal shortcuts that were hard to distinguishon the trail map.They were very happy we were in their area to ride.

The guys and I have been riding for a long time.And since we're trying to get our wives involved in the sport with us.It seemed like the perfect place to do so.We rode about 500 miles
Fortunatly for me. I get to go back to the same place ,in the same cabin,at the end of Febuary. I'm goin with another group of guys who will want to
put some miles on.I'm sure we'll cover some serious ground on that trip

Great to hear!!

Makes you forget all the angst we suffered waiting for snow!!

Too bad you can't hook up with the MI contingent for our 2nd annual ride!

I will definately try for next year.

On the way home down I75 Through Indian River, Gaylord areas,around noon on Saturday. It was snowing to beat hell.There was a 25 car pile up on I 75 north in a white out!!Wind was blowing very hard from the west. VERY Intense!12hr trip UP. 12hr trip back.

We took about 80 pics. I'm not sure how to post them. It says their too big. Any advice wouldbe great. I'd love to post them.

Now tell us......was the long travel time from PA worth the ride??

By the looks of it, I would say yah!!
Awesome pics....looks like all the manufacturers were represented in your trip! Any break-downs??

It was definately worth the 12hr drive.

A blown crank seal in the Vmax(rented a REV). Fouled some plugs in the Formula.Other than that ,We had a great time.

And since we left. They have gotten a lot more snow. So the next trip in 3 weeks will be awsome as well.

Great pics, glad you had a good time. I always have fun in the Newberry area. My wife and I are going to be in Grand Marais Feb. 25 - 27 for our anniversary trip so hopefully the snow will keep coming down.
