My garage
just wanted to share what else i have besides my sled.
heres my first baby. I got this when i was 13 years old, had a spun rod bearing, a junk trans, no interior, and just about every panel on the car had a good amount of rot. It was my first car and i drove it daily in high school, now soley just a weekend/ sunny day car.
Its an 87 Z28 , with a 335ci stroker motor, a Tremec TKO 500 transmission and a 10 bolt rear with 3.42 Richmond gears.
Then there is my fathers old '94 Vette, he passed away in June of '07.. i have decided to keep the car in memory of him since he always wanted one. Its got a 355ci LT1, with an LT4 hot cam, 1.6 Roller rockers, a custom tune, and a magnaflow X pipe with dynomax race mufflers.
and finally my daily driver, '98 buick park ave with the 3.8 supercharged motor. Almost at 100k miles.

Wow no kiddin, I remember you and your car way back around 01? 02? on the iroczone boards ! Nice to see ya on here, definitely post up some pics of the new ride.
IndianRvrShiver- Yep the motor started as a 190hp 305. Its got a mild Comp Cams camshaft, stock untouched heads, untouched intake and stock injectors. My best time with the car at the track is a 13.41 @ 98.7 mph with a 1.714 sixty foot. That was with an automatic and 2.73 gears. I still haven't gotten to the track with the 5 speed and the 3.42 gears. Heres a pic at New England Dragway from 2006 -

Kind of. I got the bottom end from a company called powerhouse, its an Eagle crank with a 3.75" stroke, same as a 400, or a 383. Just with the small bore of a 305

yep '01 is when i bought the iroc. around 02-05 i would of been around thirdgen.org alot too. I had some nice cars sence then... while still owning the iroc i had a 82 trans am 3rd gen i partly restored also...then sold it to pay off some bills from school. And it was a couple yrs ago no i traded the iroc so i could enventualy get another sports car to do up. I traded the iroc for a 98 gmc ZQ8 sonoma stepside sport truck then i quikly traded that for a 99 2door honda accord...super nice mint car...best driveing cumfortable car ive owned. then sold that quickly to pay off the restoration on the new 81 ta i bought. heres a before and after.
check out my cardomain garage to see the whole progress of the car. www.cardomain.com/id/jcurrieirocz
