got my 2 polaris' in the snow now...6+" snow overnite in Ludington....
pulled the rope on the '94 just now and broke it off....how hard is it
to repair/replace the rope??? Help, I'm ready to ride now....

Easy... Take a look at the how to section!

It's just a matter of removing the 4 or so bolts, pulling it off, removing old rope, rewinding in the app. direction, inserting rope, tying knot, letting it spin back, bolting back on, then routing the other line and hooking up the handle...

Thanx....will try that......I assumed it would just be a matter of removing
the recoil & inserting a new rope, but hadn't done it b4.
will try to pull it into the garage to warm up & fix, wind chill here is
about 4 degrees, but snow is still coming down, with Lake Michigan
"lake effect" snow warnings....thanx again, happy holidays, and "think snow". thumbsup:
