He does
The title below the pic says it's his brothers sled.
The trailer looks awsome! Have you thought about a salt guard maybe? Whenever I'm hauling on slushy roads my sleds get drenched and if it's cold than the cover just turns to a block of ice.
We're getting flurries here right now, so hopefully it'll be a good season.

No doubt!! I think he built it to haul old John Deere's..........tractors, not sleds! Gonna' need that big-a$$ Expedition to tow it!!

Yea, my Formula is at a dealer getting the preseason and a track change done.
The trailer was about 800 in steel; which I hear was overpriced from my neighbour who's in construction; 300 for the axle; and about another 200 for accesories like lights, coupler, chains, wood, paint, brake controller, and other acceosories. Labour was about a week and a half solid after-work hours (5ish - 9, 10 sometimes) with myself doing construction and my brother doing welding. Mind you, you could knock off some by getting rid of brakes, LEDs, and such. Plus the tires we're kinda expensive since they're car tires with a capacity of 900 and change. We could of went heavier duty and cheaper at the same time but it would increase the height which we didn't want to do.
I was considering a salt guard at first but didn't think it would be that bad, mabye I should reconsider.
Ski guides, not likely. I'm cheap. Traction mat probably. Just gona get some surplus stuff my employer can get cheap. Think it'll work alright.
It's pretty heavy yea, but balanced very well until I put the spare on the tongue which isn't mentioned on the plans. Meh.
If anyone is interested in the plans I can get you a copy somehow, or I bought em from Northerntool in the states for 30 USD or so.
Also the trailer parts are in CAD. Thanks guys. Gota get a pic of the Caddie now.

Use an old track cut in half and screwed down. Works great. One track is good for two sleds and keep a piece to lay on the snow as approch traction.
