It's part of the Polaris recall listing at the top of the Polaris page. This one is 2 years old, mind you...

Isn't everything?
I like AC's big opening though. Don't need a funnel. Gotta have the right funnel for my Pol or the handlebar gets in the way. Stripped the cap on my first one.

Is this the same recall?
CHICAGO, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Snowmobile and motorcycle maker Polaris Industries Inc (PII.N: Quote, Profile, Research) is recalling around 28,000 snowmobiles because of a fire hazard related to the fuel tank, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Tuesday.
The CPSC said the recall is voluntary and in cooperation with Minneapolis-based Polaris.
The safety agency said the fuel tank filler on the recalled snowmobiles can crack, allowing fuel or fuel vapors to leak and posing a fire hazard to riders. (Reporting by Nick Carey, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)

I just bought my '04 ProX 550...would I still be able to have it fixed for free if I brought it in to a dealer? I see this recall list was made in 2005....
