this site is dying

this used to be my main place. even back a year or 2 ago the site was still pretty active. all the good old timers are gone. iv became pretty regular over on snowmobile fanatics.

There are still a few folks here throughout the year. A lot of the "old folks" continue to bitch about everything on this site, does it really matter that they don't come back?

I was actually thinking it had been picking up the last week or so, not crazy or anything but busier then it had been.

who was bitching? and about what? It seems like it used to be alot more active year round.

Every time this site changes, a select few say how much it sucks, how the Admin sucks, etc....Got tiring pretty quick.....

For what its worth, i thought you handled it well (SEG). There are always those that hate change, hate corporations, hate "takeovers". ...and a few months after the change you were still posting about how to speed up the site, helping where you could. I joined this site for some fun, which i've had, for some help, which i've received, and some ideas, which i've used...granted i wasn't a member long before the changeover so i can't really comment on people before but i like the site a lot now.

Its a great friendly site!

The slow issues were pretty real, but those issues have been addressed and the site loads MUCH faster now. THANKS!

Unfortunately, some left and won't return because they get out of the habit of visiting. I like this forum, the people here are friendly and there's a LOT of knowledge shared. I agree with SEG, it will pick up once people put their boats away and the leaves start turning color

PI500 rings a bell there, he hated all the changes i remember that. He hasnt logged in since sometime last year...

Hi guys, I havent been around lately, been busy at work and with my commitment on the race car. but, when racing season is over i plan on being around alot more.

I have met & ridden with several great people from this site, so for that I am grateful!!

We have some of the best mods in the whole WWW!!

.....but this site lost it's "Fun Factor" when the new owners went generic on us!!

No more gifts, no more bank, no more lottery....that's what made it so much more enjoyable!!
