I have smoked my share in my younger years. The fact is nobody has ever overdosed from smoking pot. You can't say that about alcohol. There are products that can be made out of hemp like clothing, oil, rope. I say make it legal and control it. Pot does not make a person use hard drugs. My opinion Riley

I was in the emergency room a few weeks ago (daughter did a jump wrong, and ended up landing on the ice with all her weight on one knee). A girl came in while we were there. She was 14, maybe 15, and had been drinking at a party. She passed out, and they tried to wake her – when they couldn’t, they called 911. Poor thing was unconscious when she came in, and still was when we - left 3 hours later. …alcohol poisoning!!!

So, would it be better to legalize weed and make alcohol illegal; or to keep alcohol legal and weed illegal? Which would be easier?

keep alcohol legal. i know what your saying, but its only a small amount out of the huge group who use alcohol that get alcohol poisoning. weed will never be legal. for facts mentioned earlier. i dont smoke, but think it should be up to the user if they want to do it.

makin alcohol illegal is not a good idea. what about wine? itd be gone. and more importantly, what about niquil??? maybe you cant O.D. on weed, but it does more damage than alcohol/cigarettes.
