Hopefully Michigan will announce the firing of Lloyd Carr soon and we can get a real coach.

i was at the game, and im embarassed and shocked at the same time. now i have 9 more games to sit through.
in all honesty app st. is a "good" team for their confrence. they've won their NCAA div 1AA national championship two years in a row.
NOW - this isnt a reason for why they lost, but you have to give credit for a 1AA team trampling over a 5TH RANKED BIG TEN SCHOOL.....first time in all college history
i'm still in disbelief.

loydd car is a good coach in my opinion, however, its the offensive coordinator that is mostly to blame. when michigan has a hard time getting the run going they totally abandon it and head for passing...we all know hennie is about as reliable as a termite, but he does do a decent job. when hart has 100+ rushing yars michigan is almost guaranteed a win, but at the same time, the more reps hart gets the better he gets. so the whole first half we were passing like a west coast team, when we should have been grinding it to them. they were'nt that big, so we would have worn them down sooner or later.
but the flip side is michigans secondary. morgan trent needs to loose his job. he absolutely sucks. no one can run against michigans front, but once you start playing a spread offence, michigan runs around with their heads cut off.
the only good that can come out of this is michigan go 11-1 the rest of the season, and win the big ten.

I agree that App State is a very good team but there is no way they should be able to go into the Big House and do that to an allegedly very good Michigan team.
The spread offense always gives us fits, been that way for several years now. I never have been a Carr fan and feel he should have been relieved of his job several years ago. He (and his coordinators) do not make good in game adjustments to what the other team is doing or not doing. I wish we would have snapped up Cam Cameron several years ago when his star was on the rise, I bet he would have come back to Michigan to be the head coach.
Indy, where are your seats at?? I am in Section 9, not the greatest seats but still good enough to watch the Wolverines (when they play up to their potential).

my bro and i have season tickets in section 35, row 67. so as soon as you walk into the stadium, we're three rows past the wheel chair area as your walking down. when we leave we're really close to the exits so thats nice too. they're really nice imo. you can see the whole field, and your not to high or low in the bowl.

Our tickets are in Section 9, Row 28 near the aisle. In looking at the seating chart we are almost directly across the field from each other, LOL. Do you go to all of the games?? I usually only go to 3 - 4 games a year and let my family use the tickets for the other games.

you bettcha. ive even got two away games at illinois and n'western. the only ones i dont have are MSU and Wisconsin.
we tailgate at ann arbor pioneer, but my uncle has his tailgate on the north end where the band and players come in..i think its the maze lot. we usually go from tailgaiting at pioneer then head to their lot to watch the busses drive in, because our seats are right there.

I won't be there this weekend, my first game is the Purdue game, then Minnesota, and finally the beating of the Suck Eyes (hopefully).

It went from bad to worse, but that QB from Oregon looked great or our defense is even more pathetic than we thought.

I have been a UofM fan for quite a while, but my Alma Mater, UK, upset then #9 UofL. Great weekend of college football....I'm now off to see if the Lions can remain undefeated.
