A water cooled computer? Does it really get hot enough to justify putting a water cooling system in it?
How about a small fish tank, or you could just buy some lexan and make one yourself. Although it would probably leak like a sponge if you don't know what you're doing.

DOn't forget you need a pump to circulate the coolant.

that is really cool looking!
i just overclocked my (really really crappy)video card, measured the heatsink at 62*C. it doesn't even have a fan.
because i'm in the mood to hijack a thread...what is everyone's computer setup. here is my sweet setup:
-P4 2.26ghz
-non-PCI-e motherboard
-radeon 9200 video card(200mhz overclocked to 280ish, 64mb)
-256mb ram(going to pick up another 256 stick tomarrow)
-sound card is built into motherboard
-philips 5-speaker system
you may laugh now

62? Ouch, most of my machine runs at 40-45 C.
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13 Ghz
2Gb OCZ DDR2 ram
Asus P5B motherboard
350GB Seagate SATA HDD
ATI x1950 Pro 512MB GDDR2 PCI-E
OCZ 700W PSU
5.1 logitech speakers (the ones that are really cheap and decent now)
Just recently upgraded it which was getting pretty old, spent to much money on it though. Plus now I'm spending to much time on it also.

edit: yeah those temps are owie lol kinda high, my video card gpu runs around 50, and like 50 for cpu when im stress testing, like 80 f*, when idle, dunno what that is in C
amd 4800+ , stock 2.4ghz running at 2.9 ghz now, (on air lol)
asus m2n32 sli deluxe wi fi mobo, with pci-e
512 evga 7950 gt video card

thats what i get for supercharging a geo metro. the heatsink is tiny, i think i'll solder some strips of copper on to help cool it off if i get bored. the cpu was about 40*C at the same time. i think the video card is the choking point on my setup.
i'm not much into gaming, it's cheaper to do it on consoles for me now. eventually i'll get together a decent setup.
i used an infrared temp sensor to take the temps.

yup, mine doesn't have that either. i just clocked it at 320 and no artifacts! didn't take the temp though, don't think i want to. lol
for a radiator you could use a dirtbike radiator, it would definitely keep it cool.
the 2nd 256 stick made a huge difference!

that's actually larger than a bike rad, i think, and it's priced well.
well i got bored and checked them, 66*C. went downstairs and looked at my old junk computer, the cpu fan looked about the right size so i took it off. it kinda fits, has 2 screws holding it on. the temps are now...................

no, thats playing halo. the temp doesn't change at all from idle to load. i think my case just has really poor airflow to it. the fan is about 2"x2".
