how do you lubricate a turbo with no oil pressure and a dry sump?

you would have to have a oil tank beside the turbo and with an 12 volt oil pump... or maybe belt driven..

i don't remember what size it is but i do remember reading that the turbo off a 3cyl geo metro works on midsize 4-wheelers.
