I have an antique snowboard. It's a Burton Brushi. Remember the one with the fish skeleton. I haven't used it in years.

I used to want to try it but I was afraid of killing myself. After a couple years mountain biking and snowmobiling I'm not worried about that anymore, but our hill is closed now! Which is ok with me because that means sweet snowmobiling!

I've been riding off and on since '92. My first board was a Sims Switchblade, and now I ride a Burton 164 with step-ins and Vans boots. I'll get a pic up someday...

I've got a ride 143. I bought it in 97 or 98. Only riden it a few times. My whole family ski's so, snowboarding with them isn't much fun. I'm also much better on two planks than on one.

It feels like I'm more active in the winter than I am in the summer. I play pond hockey, USVA indoor volleyball, snowmobile, snowboard, and work on my summer car in the garage. In the summer I mostly sit on a boat, drink, get a tan, and get fat. Once in a while, I'll get out on the wakeboard. I love being a teacher and having the summers off.

Shy of what? Falling on your ass a million times? Who cares, might as well give it a try. I tried it, fell on my ass a million times and realized i didn't like it. It's better than wondering!
