looks like youve got yourself quite a project there. those are big tires for such a small car.

right now i'm building up a 1982 camaro, i'm hoping for a little more than 300 at the crank. me and my dad are putting everything together. should be a fun first car.

My dad's getting a Ford truck from the 60s and we're gonna restore it. Putting either a 302 or 350 in it, maybe bore it out or put high compression heads on. New 5 speed automatic transmission. It won't be stock but it'll have some balls I think. It'll be a sweet project.

Looks likes you've got a lot of work done, it should be sweet when it is done, that yellow was sweet

I have a 88 Mustang 5.0 setup for open track time trials racing. It has mostly suspension mods, engine is pretty much stock. My Dad has a 00 Lightning putting down 390rwhp/525rwtq. I have a cousin with a Ford Ranger with a 5.0, and his brother (my cousin) has a 96 mustang with a V6...planning on a 99+ V6 swap into that though.

suspension lifts are the way to go, mines all stock for now, but im gonna get 3 inch longer 3 inch wider (6 overall width) rear trailing arms, and 8 inch wider front beam with 3 inch lift spindles.

i know suspension lifts are better, but there also more expensive. if i've got the money i'll do a suspension lift other wise just a body. i have to do one of the two in order to fit 33s in the wheel wells.

body lifts, are a pain in the ass...not worth it, everything attached to ur frame...like the motor will be lower than the body...and whats attached to the body, your radiator, so you better have electric fans otherwise the fan from the motor wont do squat...and suspension lifts are not difficult...i replaced a leaf spring in my jeep in 30 mins(soak the bolts with pb blaster/wd40 a few days before you tear it apart)and also have fun dealing with rusted body bolts that the head of the bolts might snap...so much better to get a suspension lift, just save your money..it will be worth it

iv got my 92 firebird formula im puttina 355 in with ported and largers valve vortec heads. putting FAST efi on it with a ram jet intake and a 83mm throttle body. 1.6 roller rockers. nice healthy cam. i expect it to make about 400-425hp.

We also have teh 70 SS/RS camaro that run low 10s. i dont feel liek goign in to detail about it. has a .30 over 400 in it. its a fun street car. should be ever more fun when we get the twin turbos done and start pushing more like 1000hp.
