These holes are on the front of my liberty 800, one beside the primary clutch and two one above the other towards the front center. http://www.snowmobileforum.com/membe...m498-sled.html

The holes are probably for accessories or mounting that weren't used on your sled. They were on my 800's, as well. Nothing was attached to them in either of my Edge 800's.
