Cooling question

I am working on a cooling problem now. How can i test in garage to make sure i have it handled, before next trip. I ride a rev 800 2004

Hard to do. You need to make sure the exchangers under the tunnel are getting warm. That way you'll know the system is working properly.

Do you have a lift? If so you can raise the whole sled up with the nose higher than the exchangers! Warm it up with the rad cap off!
