just junked my old set cover on the Indy and cut the seat in half, i went to Joann fabrics and got black winter guard vinyl seat cover and wrapped it up nice and am working on sewing the rest of the gas tank cover right now, i mounted a nice black diamond plate lock box where the rest of the seat used to lay tword the back and it looks awesome i spent about $20 at Joann fabrics and 30 on the lock box and it changes the whole look of the sled im trying to get pics up now but i would recommend doing this to any older project sled its fun, cheap and makes a big difference!

Very Cool! Yes I hate old seats and id rather have a custom looking thing that actually has cushion than something old and stock..

My stock seat is actually pretty comfty! Also only has one tear on the flap for the storage area (almost looks like prev. Owner took a knife to it!) but once its worn id like to do the same.
