Hi guys I'm wondering if the Polaris Edge X is or isn't a good powder sled? and dhz it have a Long track?

They come stock with a 121 but for around $800 you can buy an extension kit with track from Track USA. Mine is stretched to a 136 and it is a good improvement for handling but I have not really tested it in powder.

Depends, a EDGE chassis can be a RMK or SKS which got longer then 136"

My XCSP edge is a 121" at the moment and plan to convert to 136" EVEN then I wouldn't call it "great in deep pow" !?!? 144" & 155"+ are what you want for deep pow mountain riding. Where in NE you at??? Round here I'd be content w/ 136" Most I know who ride here all have 121"

Maine, Yeah I'd be content with a 136'' here to I've got that on my summit with 1.5" lugs. What I'm getting is that the edge is a trail sled. Not that I'm a big mountain rider but I like powder.

Yeah you could consider it a trail sled but it all depends on how much powder you are talking about. I have only gone off trail a few times with mine and it can handle some powder. But you might have to notch the track to fit a 1.5 inch track.
