Is 2 stroke fuel good after a year

I have a couple old sleds that had fuel kept in the tank all year. I cleaned the carbs and they will run with fuel down the plug holes but cant seemed to keep them running. Can i get away with mixing some fresh fuel or should it be drained? Thanks

Siphon out the old gas and run it in your car/truck.

Definitelty put new gas in your sleds. You may have to clean the carbs again and deal with plugged fuel filter or dry/damaged fuel pump issues.

Todays modern fuel w/ ethanol SUCKS!!! Almost junk after 1 month. I too ALWAYS drain my sleds fuel and use it in one of my lower grade cars/truck. I also use Star-tron on every fill up

Yea def drain it out and replace with the new fuel. Run that old fuel in a vehicle like your truck por car or something. I always put new gas in my sleds after sitting over 1 month

no need to replace the gas if you put STA-BIL in it at the end of the year and run it for 5 or so mins thats what I do and my sled starts and runs fine every year.
