no head lights on 02 600 legend

i lost all lights and power to gauges and lights replaced two relays by fues and got tail light and gauges back still no head but tested power to head and one prong lights tester any ideas bulbs dont look burnt

voltage regulator. do a search...very common problem with doo during that timeframe and style of sled.

If there is power to one prong, the bulb is probably bad. Low beam will power one prong, high beam the other. Third prong is ground.
