Hit up craigslist. There is a snowmobile salvage yard in the Willmar area, but be careful who you talk to there. If it is the wife, I'd move onto elsewhere. She will NOT hesitate to talk crap about her employees, customers, and even yourself if you "look like a city boy". I know from first hand experience when I walked up from the junk yard asking how to tell if a speedo drive was good. She demanded me to pay for it on the spot for removing it. We got into a HUGE argument over it, even after her husband specifically told me to bring something up to the counter if I had any questions or doubt.
Anywho, they have a LOT of polaris sleds out there and are bound to have something. Worth a shot.
