Any ideas of how to fix my cowl???
first 3 pictures are on the left side of the sled where the belt is
the last 2 pictures are on the right side

Personally I would remove it and get the Plastic Repair Kit threw HPE! You even get fiberglass to back up the repair!

A belly pan on an Edge which it looks like to me isn't hard to R and R. I would find one used in great shape and just do it before the snow flies.

what if i glued everyting together then bent stainless or something and fasten everything down?

i would drill some small holes on either side then use fiberglass and the using the holes to basically bite in to the plastic then re drill your hole for where it attaches and paint all fixed i works i have done it on 4 wheelers
