Noob here, Juts wondering if anyone has ever used BMX handle bars on your sled? I am thinking of giving it a try. Only concern I have is if they are wide enough to accomodate Throttle, brakes, lights and handwarmers. Anyone ever try it? Not concerned with the strength of the bars as they are heat treated 4130 chromoly made for abuse. Any comments?

The Polaris Pro-taper handlebars are similar in shape and work pretty well... you can probably find them on ebay for a reasonable cost. And you know they will handle all the stuff on a snowmobile
