I was woundering if anyone has ever turned a pop-up into a two place snowmobile trailer. If so did you use the original axles? Or use wider ones?

It's done often up here. The deck usually gets built up to clear the wheels otherwise it only fits one sled.

Well a buddy of mine is going to use a pop-up and add on to the sides so it will be a 7'w by 8'L and the deck will has enough clearance for the tiers. I just wounder if the axles will be fine cuz it will be so muck wider then originally,

Ive had both a 2 and a 4 place made from a camper! The axel will be fine but check the wieght rating on the tires! The 7 wide wont fit 2 sleds fron like 95 and up!

Built mine from a tandem axle;

It's long enough for two sleds end to end or three if I load two sideways.
Low enough to just drive off and have a fold up ramp to load with.

Capacity, I currently still have 2 ton of stone sitting on it.

I also forgot to mention that the deck is 14' x 7'.
