SRV2010

I have been trying to find another snowmobile for awhile now, but finally found one with a decent price. I found it at a local auction. It's a 1996 Ski Doo Formula SLS 500. I think it was funny this year looking at local ads and seeing peoples prices higher then they should be with 8" of snow on the ground. With no snow last year that makes them more valuable?? Now back to the subject, the snowmobile will sometimes start, but sometimes it won't. I assume the carbs will need cleaned and I will also check compression, but it pulls over pretty good. I am also going to try to get my dad's barn cleared out enough to pull it in.

I think there may have been 2 other people. It may have deterred some people that the owner of the sled couldn't start it right before the auction. I was actually surprised it didn't bring more money.

Ya I am just going to double check compression first. Would you know what carbs are on this sled? The last snowmobile I had I didn't have to worry about syncing them, so I want to make sure I get it right. I know there is a how to but I thought they are for specific carb styles.

Ya it'spretty low miles with 2800 or so. It is in pretty good shape too, with only a couple scratches and one crack that I saw right by the latch.
