easy way to put some air boxes on a sled revealed :)

ahh the fight of getting the air box back on a sled. Im sure someone has figured this out way before me but here is the secret. If your air box has a removable top, remove it giving you acces to the inside of the box and you will have it installed onto the carbs in 3 seconds instead of 3 days!

Aftermarket for the older sleds is a snap! My 02,03 and 04 Cats are just as simple! The one thing that helps is get them warm! Om my 98 ZR I can have the air box off and back on in 30 sec!

I've pulled em off so many Indy's I can have them off and back on in around that same 30 seconds.

Gonna be set up for ice fishing. Should be good for it's purpose!

Most snowmobile problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars to the seat.

Use some wd40 to get the boots to slide on and off easier.

Some of the older Cats the only way to get them off was to loosen the frame for the steering colum!
