well over the past few days i have been inching to get rid of the pink and purple on my sled decals well guess what i did somthing about it i painted them not all done but u can see my work on it got some more to go i will keep this thread up dated

well i thought about it and do my own striping and indy efi decals but i do like the placeing of what was on there the old paint on the deals were fadding do i might as well just give them new life i am removing the ones on the tunnal and on the grab bar on the rear and probably remove the ones on the side cowlings

yea u cant see it in the pics but theres a little bit of the decal showing i will have to go back through and touch up the work but i try to do the best job i got and it is not orange by the way it is red just a bad camra phone hahaha but thanks guys i do work on the side not just redoing decals but removal and work on the sleds them selves

What are you using for paint? Did you mask it off and rattle it? Or free hand it.

masked it off and used rattle can but i have done thinks like this before i have painted my ar 15 but did my own lines and stuff i just wanted a diffrent color rather then the pink i dont know what i am ganna do about the seat tho its has pink writeing on it to so idk have to do somthing to it

i have a lot of touch up to do on it lots of black i need to put in and more red but the tunnel is painted black no more pink and purple on it

Most of the time its just lacquer paint they use on seats so if you use lacquer thinner it well come right off. Then use armora to shiny the seat back up

alright i did not know what thanks for that one i cant stand the color hahaha my girl loves them but this sled i will be ridding not her she gets to ride the indy trail i told her i would make it black and pink for her she just laugh at me

Lacquer is paint. But lacquer thinner is will remove it
