Powder coating

Now sledding seasons over i was investigating powder coating all the aluminum on my sled. i Know high heat can soften tempered aluminum does anyone know what the average bake temp for powder coating is and if its a good idea to go ahead with?

I have a 12 pro 163, i was going to do the tunnel, bumper and spindles. I was doing a little reading on the chassis and there is a bonding that has to be redone after 300 and I don't think I'm up for that.

How did you plan on doing the tunnel?

You realize it has to be 100% bare to do that, right?
I'm all for doing all the removables/accessories (have a batch of atv parts going in soon), but theres some things that just aint worth it.
