Still snowing in Oregon - dont hate me :)

Last weekend 4 of us went out and one of my buddies is a proffesional photographer.
He snapped off these 2 photos of me.

Last weekend was 65* and partly sunny.
Its been snowing up there since Wednesday and NOAA has almost a foot to accumulate by the weekend with mostly sunny skies slated after that.
Looks like a long summer of sledding.

Nice thing on top of all that is that all these zones are a mear 25 minute drive from downtown Bend Oregon.

My lawn is white and it's snowing pretty hard right now. Good grief. Global warming.

In the last 9 days we've had about 6" of rain which equates to about 5' of snow! Had a warm and dry winter, now we're having a cold and wet summer(so far). It always seems to even out.......

so true,,,,,,,My paddle never blows a gasket ,,, my canoe pole never needs a recoil replaced,,,, my canoe is a lot cheaper to replace than my sled,,,,my ears don't ring after fishing for a day,,, and if I never catch a fish,,,it's like sledding,,,,, it's all about the journey,,, happy sledding,,,,
