Another Issue with this 670

I took it up north we rode 32 miles came up to a stop sign it died wouldnt start it did fire a couple times but never started. I brought it home only has 75lbs in the pto side so do you guys think ring it or rebuild the whole top end

good point i have never had one test at 75lbs usually they are right on 125-130 or around 20 what could cause 75

Replace the PTO crank seal too.
