I'd like to do the same thing to my Ultra. Haven't been able to get any solid info on how to go about it. If I can't find anything more by next summer I'll buy a seat and tank and do it.

Anything can be done! ive seen edge tanks on wedges so it cannot be that crazy. Do some more Googling you will find the answer. Google Edge seat on Wedge chassis. You'll find it.

Sometimes you just have to try stuff. Otherwise you will be the last one to do it! Maybe try a IQR seat on a wedge..

That is the direction I am going to go, IQ(R) seat and tank on the wedge. Almost picked up a tank and seat at Haydays this year. I will get one this summer.

There were quite a few IQ seats available at the swap meet last year. Were/are all IQ chassis sleds fuel injected? That is the only stumbling point I see in using the IQ tank, the LARGE hole where the fuel pump/sending unit goes.

You can build anything. Just gotta do your homework, ignore the cynics, and do the math. Don't be afraid of shop time, use the right tools. If you don't have them, buy or borrow. If they don't exist, make them. Same for parts. Don't reinvent the wheel just make it roll better. There is always room for creative improvement. Bottom line- If you "don't have time".....don't bother. Make lots of money doin what you do best & buy. Good buildn to all.
