79 arctic cat eltigre 600cc

So i have started on my next project im installing a 600 zrt in my tiger chassis usin all of the zrt drive train comin along good so far

I am gonna radar run it but i am gonna run belly pan and hood tryin to figure out what to do about pipes

Use the original pipes and modify the hood to accept them.

You can get a Super single pipe, but they are hard to fine.

NO they Never did! Only Yami and Polaris did that! There is a guy that runs a 6000 with a TCat! Only mod he did was a bulge on the recoil side!

Dont know what im gonna do with pipes yet but got everything else set up gonna use tunnel coolers and radiator in stock location as soon as pipes are figured out it will get torn down for paint then reassembly should haul ass when done

I would take your pipes and sled to Bikeman and they can rework them to fit! I had my little ZR there a coupla times a few years ago and they got it lined out! I put D&D 720 pipes on the BM 711 Invader!

Well back on the project started cutting the pipes and fittin them i have my welder friend on it since i cant weld for nothin pics to come should be really close with min cuttin on hood or pan

When you cut the pipes the best way is with a metal cutting band saw! Then simply rotate the pipe and reweld it!
