well, i have the same sled but 1998 and its been real reliable apart from snaping the throttle off witch was entierly my fault. But its a 368.3cc rotax engine and has been made for many many years previous to being in this chassis. If its a smaller guy driving than it will do ok in the deep snow but as soon as you put a big guy on it it's a diffrent story. I find it's suprisingly powerfull FOR A 380. and I got mine for 1500$ but its only worth like 1300-1400 in the book. i would go for it if i where you. good luck and happy trails!!

I don't know about the price of sleds where you are but 1500 bucks sounds a little steep especially this time of year.

1500 bucks is what my B-in law paid for a 2000 Indy Triumph in practically showroom condition. Plastic skis, Extra-10, liquid cooled triple.

i used to have a green 1997 ski doo formula s 380. mine sucked. blew it up 5 times in 3 years. thats because the oil pump kept falling off since the bolts somehow kept stripping... just my sled tho, yours could be a better story
