That first sled hold a special place in all our hearts. Mine was a 1978 Kawasaki intruder. My dad baught it when it was brand new and it still runs just as good as it did the first time he had it out on the trails. We still have it and i ride it around the neighborhood just to bring back memories.

My first sled was a green Swinger! That was a hand me down from my brother that I never got to ride much cause it was never running right. I was like 5. My first snowmobile that I rode all the time was a 1972 Bolens 293 Sprint. My fist snowmobile that I bought with my own money was a 1974 eltigre 340. I was 13.

My first sled was a 250 elan dad baught me when i was 7, we put a 300 twin in her and he flew hahaha, that was 10 years ago lol, about 4 years ago i found it and when i asked the guy how much he told me to take it. Only thing wrong was dirty fuel.

later that year i sold it, with crates of parts for 200$ to buy my XLT, now thats the sled i realy love. I love my XC but never as much as the XLT

My dad bought me a 1974 cheeta 340 twin, was a single carbed fan cooled kawasaki engine. Leopard skin seat! I blew the fan belt riding one day and there was no indication what had happened, so end result was major engine failure.
Was a very light snowmobile, had a aluminum chassis and slider suspension. Which was good for me cause i was only 12 riding around the yard and i could get it unstuck sometimes myself. My first purchase was a 91' formula mx 470lt, tank of a sled but was a rocket ship compared to that cheeta.

The fist snowmobile i ever remembering riding was my families 73 scorpion stinger 440 (could be wrong on the year). I remember that she smokes so bad i could hardly breath when i was on it.
