Polaris Edge Suspension Problem

I know there was a post on this last summer but I can't find it.

There is a definite problem with the suspension on my 2001 Edge
I realize there is supposed to be some sag in the suspension....but on mine, you sit on it, it bottoms out and stays there. It does not come up AT ALL.

Everything seems to be greased up and not binding, I replaced the shock with a brand new one.....are the springs pooched? is that common? because the sled doesn't have that many miles on it. Is the suspension bolted in wrong? (ie..bolted in the wrong holes, out of adjustment?)

Any ideas or experience with these suspensions would really be appreciated
thanks,
Jay

Definitely needs springs, that's what holds it up, the shocks only dampen the action.
