Other than maybe a radiator delete kit and/or ice scratchers, the Switchback is set up pretty well for your type of riding... I ride sometimes with a guy that has a 2006, it's a very capable sled, very nice manners on the trails, and does well in the powder and on the hills. If I could have found one, I would have bought one for the family instead of the 2006 RMK. If you need more power, there are TONS of reliable mods out there. For more power, SLP and Carls Cycle offer 660 and bigger kits, after-market pipe/cans, and after-market air intakes. Another popular mod is the front suspension . After-market spindles from Holtz make steering easier (although the 2007 was better than the 2006). Let your pocketbook be your guide!
