Starting trouble

Hey i have a kawasaki drifter 340 and its got perfect compression and spark but has a hard time starting. It will run great but just takes 15 pulls to start. Would anyone know whats wrong?

OK first what is your compression @WOT? Have you cleaned the carbs, jets? How about the little Orings? Chokes?

i have a kawi invader 440 and it didnt have a primer when i got it and i had to clean the carbs. so check for those, cause the primer helps a lot.

Where are the o rings? the compressions at about 124 in each.

Orings are on the bottom of the main jets on some modles!

Did you pull them out to clean the carbs? Check and make sure the cable has a bit of play!
