new member oil mix?

I have a older EZGO golf cart that I put a 91 yamaha exciter 570 snowmobile motor in and have some general questions. I bought the motor and installed it and have a service manual for it, i need some guidance on carb plumbing, i have fuel hooked up and it runs fine but where does the 2 hose connections on the top of the carbs go and where does the oil injection inject at? I am not going to inject the oil i plan on premix, unless someone does not think thats a good idea, so what ratio is recomended for this motor. Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.....

Use the oil injection, it's less hassle.
otherwise, 50:1

Those two connections on top of the carb are for overflow vent lines.
On some of the older Yammies, the oil is pumped into the fuel line ahead of the carb. On later ones it is injected either immediately after the carbs, or into the base of the cylinder.

Not sure if the 89 Exciter 570 carb is the same as the 91, but on my 89 the oil injection hose attaches on the lower "chaincase side" of the carbs on a small brass nipple on each carb.

As for the pair of nipples on top of each carb that is for a "fuel line size hose" , my sled has them bridging the two carbs together. One hose reaching from carb to carb, and another hose reaching from carb to carb.
