How much should I offer for this crossfire? Too many mile?

It's been for sale for about a week...I was looking for a 600, but this is a 700...

The AD is below:

"I have a 2006 Crossfire F7 with 1200 miles for sale. It has a 136 X 1 1/4" track, no studs, which is great on the trail and in the deep snow. This sled is in great condition and ready to go. Always been stored inside and hauled in an enclosed trailer. Asking $5500. Thanks. "

Offer him $4600 and give him $5000! Great ride! If you don't need the 700 just tape a piece of foam pipe insulation under the throtle lever!!!
