If you lived in the tropics & loved snowmobiling, would you go to the same area every

If you had to fly from the Caribbean to go snowmobiling, would you go to different locations every year? What are the benefits of sledding in the same area each year?

We've been going to different locations every year but I'm thinking that it would be nice to ride familiar trails every now & then. Then again we still have a half dozen states and 1 or 2 provinces that we haven’t visited yet, so I don't know.

I guess we could do one of our trips to the same location every year and the other trip to a new location.

What do you guys think?

Fisrt of all I can't help but feel a bit jealous- you live in the Bahamas!!! and you still get away to go snowmobiling!!! Your a Laywer aren't you? Personally when I find a nice spot where the people treat you nice and you have a great time; I tend to stick with it. Then again if you have the coin (Lawyer) and you can go to your favourite location and then try something new- well like I said I'm jealous.

I agree, Im jealous too! I get around! And I love taking in new spots! The only thing is having someone from the area to show you around!
That being said, This Is THE Place! Check out the different Areas, for Forum Rides! A great way to get in on having someone show you the best areas! The best people! And flat out the most fun!
Right now we are moving the Mi Ride! Come on up!

lol, no I'm not a lawyer just a store keeper. I do get your point about getting to know people in a particular area. It would probably lead to better rates on rentals (repeat business)
We have done the mountains. We've done Banff, BC and we've done Washington but given a choice we'd probably take deep powder on rolling hills. Avon, Colorado was perfect.
What’s the Mi Ride?

Personally I would watch the weather forecasts and hit the areas with the best conditions. I love deep snow whether it's in mountains or prairie. What I don't like is traveling a lot of miles to find great snow, and end up with -20F for highs all week and 30 mph winds.
