Question tripple bog?

i have a 98 xcr 700 tripple tripple.we went for a good 4 hour ride today, through all sorts of ditch powder, trails and other stuff like that.my question is this:after nearly 3 hours of hard riding i noticed my sled would ever so slightly hessitate when you pin it.not a bog(wouldnt lose power, just wouldnt go instantly, like maybe half a second)seemed to only do thisin deeper snow.is this something to woory about?im a little paranoind because on our ride today 2 of my buddies blew their sleds up.any help would be greatly appreciated.

i find when riding in deep powder you tend to get snow on clutches wich will cause it to slip a bit which doesn't take from rpm's but doesn't seem to get up and go as quickly as usual

just talked to the dealer, they say it may be a carb issue, but they want to see it.my sled is out of town, now where near any dealer.i just had my carbs done at another dealer like 100 miles ago.should i just ride it?i dont feel like wasting my time if its something i shouldnt worry about.it has no lack of power and it isnt bogging, just a slight hessitation.maybe it just needs to thaw out.
