Look at the plugs. Is one all wet and oily looking? They should be dry and a brown to tan color.

i did just put in new plugs.... in the beginning i pulled the carbs...cleaned all the jets out, put new plugs on it and when i went to put the top of the carbs back on, the choke cable snapped from what i believe was wear and tear....so i ordered a new throttle cable and in stalled it. she fired right up but wouldnt get going any faster then 35-40 mph....... what am i missing.....do the carbs need to be synced by a professional or what??
