So I have a crank seal leak...

At the end of last year I blew a belt and parts of the belt wrapped around the inside of the clutch and tore the crank seal. I sprayed WD40 at the seal the sure enough it gained RPM's. So I really don't know how to work on sleds. Is this an easy fix? What would have to be done to fix it? Would it cost alot to take it to a shop.

I checked the compression of each cylinder and both are at 125psi exactly. I know this isn't the compression of the lower part of the engine but I just wanted to make sure it didn't burn any of the pistons.

I also have a low end bog, and have to feather the throttle to get it goin. Would this be caused by the seal leak?

Any advise would be appriciated!!

The bog can definitely be from the leaking seal. A bad seal causes a lean condition, which may cause the bog.

What kind of sled is it? Some seals are pretty easy to pop out, others (like Polaris Liberty engines) require you to split the crankcase to get to the seal. That requires pulling the engine and totally disassembling it to get to the seal.

The sled is a 99 SummitX 670. This might be good or bad but after I blew the belt I took it out for 3 more trips at about 150 miles and it still rode fine(except for the low end bog).

Were you watching the plug color?
It could have been slightly lean, but not enough to do major damage right away. continuing to run it with a bad seal will eventually lead to a burnt/holed piston.

To change it, you will need to have the clutch pulled so that you can get the old seal out and a new one in.

So I would probably need a clutch puller right?

Yes, or have the sled shop pop it off for you.
