Bent crankshaft or clutch?

When I have a 1996 Polaris Ultra engine running, I've noticed a slight wobble in the crankshaft or clutch. The clutch currently does not have weights or a spring in it if that matters. It is roughly 1/8" of wobble. Is this normal, or do I have a problem?

It's possible that the clutch was not straight when tightened.
Pop it off and check the run out on the crank to be safe.
All you really need to do this is a straight edge clamped to be stationary and watch the end of the shaft for any wobble.

Your run out maybe excessive! The crank may need to be trued up and new seals too! I just had one staightened and it only cost ne $65 bucks! Of course I had it all apart and took it in.
