You need alot of ice and a litle snow on top usualy thats the only way I've seen it done. Possibly leaning to the front would help.

I think you need ALOT of snow (like feet!!) powder snow would be best I believe. I know what your watching on utube, and when I watch these PRO riders are blowing 360's in really deep, loose powdery snow. The sled almost seems to float on top on the fluffy snow and spin around.

To do donuts you need ice with a thin glaze of snow. (and no studs). If you have big carbides they should bite while the track spins. It's a great way to wear out your track!
To do 360's you need a crap load of power, a mountain track, a LOT of skill (unless you want to dig out your completely buried machine) and 4 feet + of snow.

Good amount of ice with minimal snow on top. I can do it in my driveway after it gets plowed.

You can usally spin a sled in the middle of the trail! I haven't tried but once you got it turning you could gass it and spin it all the way around? I usually only go for the 180!

With a track that's not studded and lots of power in the turn. It helps to have lots of carbide up front with the weight forward.

Here we can drive right on the roads so alot of times we just drive on them. They are super hard packed so its just about like ice. What i do is just put my feet on the ground so it takes the weight off and it will spin around. We do lots of drifting around the corners. You can also do like a brake drift and give it some gas out of the spin and you can go all the way around. You have to be careful when your in a little bit of snow because tipping is very likely, so i would recommend doing it with just a little bit of snow over ice or hard packed stuff.

Talking about spinouts, going down the side of the road doing about 20 mph not even and see my freind walking on the side walk, slam the breaks and get the sled on its side 90* lol. It was fun but the drivers of the cars must of been like WTF lol.

Hit the brake and turn while slidding, when the track gets 1/2 way arround turn the skis back the other way and goose the throttle, then as you continue arround turn skis again. But dont try it as fast as that guy was going, lol
you kind of need to steer with the rear of your ski's, if that makes sence.

my buddy is like you cannot seem to get it i did do excellent donuts of sorts and spinouts as you call them before wed nite that is see wrong tow company -- be a while before i am doing them now unless i take the phazer back from daughter -- hey thats an idea lol
anyway swing butt to left or right of seat which ever is comfortable for you turn skis in same dirrection and gas it then turn back in opposite direction slightly to you find the sweet spot you will know when you find it --cool donuts-- oh forgot to mention i do this on the river or the lake works the best
