What color was the plugs? could the float be stuck closed? Pull the carbs and soak them and all the parts, then spray them down with carb cleaner and blow them off! Then look at the needle & seat , is there a slight ring on the needle! If so replace it!s

Ok i took the carbs off and discovered a few problems 1st the right carb throttle cable wasnt even connected apperently when he had the needle replaced the guy who did it didnt hook the cable back up right 2nd I took the right carb bowl off and the main jet was lying in the bottom of the bowl!I cleaned everything and put it back together and it ran fine. Thanks kccats for the reply
