HELP Locky out here.

On my 03 Z570. When I let off the throttle it stalls. Now heres the stumper. When I adjust the idle screw the idle will not change. It stays at a low idle. Please any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

ARE YOU SAYING THE IDLE SPEED SCREW OR THE IDLE MIXTURE SCREW? ooops sorry about the caps. it sounds like you may have pilot jets plugged, or you could have gotten some water in your fuel. try some isopropyl first, then you may have to pull the carbs. once you have the carbs set, you should not need to play with them at all.

Idle screws are the large ones you can turn with your fingers. Maybe the sled is just so tired from carting your fat ass around it has to stall to rest..................

I have cleaned any jets yet. Im doing that this weekend. Im thinking also that it might be that idle jet. It does it no matter how hard or soft you come off the throttle. Also about the water. I have gone through 5 tanks of gas already this season.

As for SEG and SnowRida, shouldnt you two be out playing with each others manboobs???

As for the stall when you let off it could be a kinked throttle cable, if you have slack in the cable it should cut power. Also a wisker on the cable could do the same thing

Unplug the carb switches and see if the problem goes away. the magnets in them are known for there failures.

Would this cause it to stay idleing the same even when I adjust the idle screw?

The plastic bushing came to mind but I dont see why that would have anything to do with idle screw not making it idle any differently.

The tgrottle switches won't affect the idle screws not doing anything.

I did that this morning and now the sled runs great. Can I leave them unplugged or do I need to get them fixed? Oh by the way I still have that picture you sent me of you, IRS and SEG. You guys are nuts
