What is so special about it. Is it a deluxe with electric start and reverse?

well the little sled was given to me by a friend he said it needs new carbs and a pair of skis but if it is a rare find i would like to do a restoration. it is a fun ride on narrow trails.

I looked it up in the online Microfiche ( ' + objMainFrame.arrApplicationTitle['EN'] + ' -- EMPARTweb*Version 5.2.2* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Arctic Cat E-Parts Catalogs -- EMPARTweb Version 5.2.2
)
and did not find a Jag Special. There are only 4 models listed; the Jag, Jag AFS LT 1, Jag AFS LT 2,
and the Jag Z.

my bad just returned from the trailer it appears the sled was manufactured in 1991 which should mean it was sold as a 92 jag 440 special that should help in my search for parts

I don't usually buy parts from there either, I just use it to look things up.

Brown's Leisure World shows the 1992 Jag 440 Special, and
shows individual carb intakes, making it a twin carb.
Not a common sled. Collector value- probably not much of
a premium over standard Jag. Its still not a race or high performance sled. Still a nice sled. Fan noise is annoying to me, though.
