In The Market For Sled, Need Opinions. Options Posted

So I'm in the market for a sled, and I have about $3000 to spend. I would mostly trailride, with some lake riding and some ditchbangin thrown in. My buddies that I would ride with have a 94 ZR700 and a 99 XC700SP. I'd like something comparable, don't want them dusting me! Here are my options so far.

1. 1995 ZR700 3200 Miles $2399

2. 2003 ZR800EFI 4586 Miles $2995

3. 2003 Arctic Cat F5 4800 Miles $2995

4. 2003 Arctic Cat F7EFI SnoPro 3350 Miles $3395

5. 2003 Polaris EdgeX 600 2350 Miles $3295

6. 2001 Polaris XCR 800 6596 Miles $2995

I'm leaning towards the 03 ZR800 right now, my buddies ZR700 has been a blast and reliable too. I would honestly rather I think have the ZCR800, but 6596 miles is a ton for a sled, correct? I need it to last me at least 3 years until the loan is paid off, but I take very good care of my equipment and maintain it properly. In my shoes, if you had to pick one of the listed sleds, assuming they were all in decent condition, which would you go with and why? Any known problems with any of the sleds listed? Thanks alot for your advice.

X2!! Also about $500 high for the F5.....decent price for the F7 IF it has been maintained & all updates completed. If it comes down to the FireCats, PM & I will share some info on things to look closely at!
Those are prolly consignment sleds, so remember asking price is different than selling price!

Which would be better, in your opinion? ZR800 or F7 SnoPro?

Not sure if you're getting the new one insured (finance company may require it), but you may want to check into the cost of insurance....usually anything over 600 cc's will cost a lot more!

It think that you will be better off with the Sno Pro, the suspension will be better for the type of riding that you have described.
