compression test at high elev

Does anyone know how much high altitude affects a compression test? Say I had 120 lbs of compression at sea level, how much would I have at 7000 ft. elevation? Would it be a measurable amount of difference?

couple pounds at most in my experience. I go from 110 to 105 on one of my sleds but thats all. And I think that has more to do with the gauge than anything.

what we see up here at 10,000 feet it a huge difference...if you got about 140 at sea level you wil get about 120 up here...

There should be no difference, but the method used by everybody for a compression check shows a difference. If one were to use the aviation way of doing it, there would be no difference shown either.
